P2 – MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE (COMBINED)

Background

Business environment is fast changing and organisations, in order to survive and succeed, should be constantly adapting to change. Insurance organisations are required to adapt to challenges arising out of changes. This programme is designed for senior management team to stimulate thinking on coping with such challenges facing the insurance industry and to provide insight into the methods and techniques of managing change.
