P10 – PROGRAMME FOR MIDDLE LEVEL EXECUTIVES (NON-LIFE)

Background

There are a considerable number of middle level executives in General Insurance Companies who are in the comparatively young age group of 36 to 45 years. The requirement of upgrading their general management skills to successfully handle the operations in the fast evolving business scenario has been intensely felt. This programme has been designed to strengthen their managerial capabilities in various areas and to acquaint them with the changing context of insurance business.

 

Objectives

The programme is designed to :
