Background

Human Resource Development is a continuous process. Significant initiatives by managers can trigger of the HRD process without waiting for formal training and on-the job assignments.  Employees are ever receptive to their seniors if they feel that their peers are genuinely interested in their development.  Managers who are inclined to develop human resources, the seniors need to make more than ordinary investment in their people. There are no shortcuts to generating people’s fuller involvement in organizational tasks, goals and the mission. Realizing the importance of People Development in this competitive environment, the above programme has been designed.
