Laws have become a critical area of knowledge for every Professional and
Corporate entity, whether in field of computers, IT or otherwise. Cyber
Law awareness and compliance are essential Quality Parameters.
With the cyber enactments in various countries, the electronic
contracts have attained legal sanctity. Cyber contracts would be the
