FOR MIDDLE LEVEL EXECUTIVES (LIFE)  

Background

With the fierce competition in the life insurance industry there is a need to enhance the management capabilities of the executives working in Life Insurance Corporation of India. This is only possible through improving the knowledge and skills of the officers in all the areas such as HRM, Service Quality Management and giving a deeper insight into the policies and practices in LIC. This programme has been designed with a view to meet these requirement.
