Background:

 

Project management is growing exponentially. It's now used in virtually all industries, such as: insurance, health care, government, education, information technology and banking. Projects are how these organizations streamline to improve productivity. As mid-level management positions are reduced, project managers fill the void. Expertise in project management is a source of security, prosperity and power to these survivors.

 

Objectives:

 

By completing the Project Management course, participants will understand how IT projects (and also other complex projects) should be managed, from inception to post implementation review.
