Background

In an age of discontinuous change and ever increasing competition the success of a company depends on the vision and strategic direction provided by the leadership. A harmonious integration of business strategy with other functional aspects of a company, particularly HR and Technology, is a precondition for its success. While it is simpler to achieve short-term success, enduring success over a long term can be achieved only through strategic leadership by developing an independent view of future opportunities and building organizational capabilities to exploit them. 

 

Objective

This programme aims to

•  Provide a comprehensive view of strategy and its overriding importance in the current business environment;

•  Help develop a holistic perspective about a company’s success on various parameters that can create abiding value for all stakeholders and also ensure sustained market leadership;

•  Enable the participants to develop appropriate strategies for the  revitalization of the organization;
