Worked in The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. for around  20 years with experience in operation & administration, claims of various lines of business, underwriting and training at B.O./D.O./ R.O level. Played key role as a faculty in the successful functioning of Patna Regional Training Centre of The Oriental Insurance company.

Was nominated by the  Head Office of The Oriental Insurance Company in the ambitious project called  ‘Nayee Disha’ to work with the world renowned management consultant  ‘The Boston Consulting Group’ in the Business Reengineering process initiated by the company.
He has Conducted seminars on insurance related subjects. Is invited by B Schools and other institutions of repute to engage classes in various subjects.
Write up mostly in the field of academic get regularly published in the national/regional dailies like The Telegraph, The Times Of India, Prabhat Khabar and journals like The Insurance Times.
