Experience

Joined LIC in 1984 as a Direct Recruit Officer. Worked in Personnel, Claims, New Business and other Departments in Branch and Divisional offices. Rotated to a marketing assignment in 1993 as Senior Branch Manager. Headed a Career Branch, Conventional Branch and P&GS unit of LIC before joining as Manager Sales and on promotion as Marketing Manager. Last assignment held Senior Divisional Manager In-charge before joining NIA in May 2003.

Life Insurance Marketing, IT enabled Management, CRM, Multiple Distribution Channel Management, HRM.

Qualifications

M.A. (English), Licentiate III, Diploma from CMC in Basic Software Applications, Completed a Course with NIIT in UNIX and COBOL. Certification in Direct Trainer Skills and Design of Training from Dept. of Per. & Trg., G.O.I. Licensed to administer Thomas International P.P.A. & T.S.T.
