Direct Recruit Officer in the year 1983 and thereafter was elevated to next
higher cadre after every 4 years i.e. Admin. Officer, Assistant Divisional
Manager, Divisional Manager, Sr. Divisional Manager – Incharge of Goa
Division. Presently - Zonal Manager
(ordinary Scale) deputed as Faculty Member to National Insurance Academy.
The experience covers areas of personnel and Industrial Relations,
Pension and Group Insurance and a Marketing Experience as Marketing Manager –
Mumbai D.O. and Sr. Divisional Manager
