Experience

Worked in Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd for over 17 years, with experience of administration and operations, in underwriting, claims, training, internal audit cum inspection, marketing & technical departments as AO, AO/ADM & Branch Manager. Joined NIA in April 2004.

Closely involved in the ‘Insurance Laboratory’ project at the Academy since its inception.  Trained insurance executives in Ethiopia, and coordinated a one-month ‘Comprehensive Training programme in General Insurance Technicals’ in Dubai as a part of the International training initiative of the Academy. Presented papers and lead discussions at various forums on subjects related to non-life insurance.

Marketing of Services, Fire & Engineering, Marine, Health, Motor, Miscellaneous & other personal lines of insurances.
