Seven years of industry and nine years of teaching and consulting experience in the areas of HRM and OB.
She has been a Gold Medalist in her post graduation. She has published more than 20 articles in international and national journals. She has developed Psychometric Tests on Leader Behaviour Assessment Profile, Collective Locus of control, Occupational Self Efficacy, Learned Optimism, and Organizational Climate, and interpersonal exploitation.
She has edited a book on “Effective Psychological Contract: Implications for HR Practices”.
She has conducted various training programs on
Communication Skills, Goal Setting, High Performance Culture, and Team Building.
