Objectives

The objectives of National Insurance Academy are designed to realize the following:

To design, implement and operate an insurance training architecture that will engage the participating executives, faculty and staff in assisted learning, research, management and communications.

To produce competent insurance executive performers through cognitive and psychomotor development programmes.

To conduct research, produce publications and provide consultancy services to inculcate `Insurance Culture and Values'.

To enhance workforce commitment by inculcating patriotism and competitive spirit to individual trainee which focuses on values of honour, trust, discipline, confidence, loyalty and esprit de corp.

To enhance leadership and management qualities by developing a learning environment among the insurance workforce

To create an insurance order, which is responsible towards society through the inculcation of ethical and moral values.

To avoid any form of wastage through continuous improvement processes.

To establish 'networking' with local and international institutions in the spirit of developing academic co-operation and sharing of knowledge.
